Cultivation Pictures LP is a new Brunswick-based film and television development and production company focused on scripted and factual projects. Founded in 2021 by Canadian creatives Sandy Hunter and Clem McIntosh, Cultivation is based in Florenceville-Bristol, New Brunswick.

The duo bring more than a combined four decades of experience drawn from across every facet of the film and television to their efforts. Clem has experience in front of the camera as an actor known for his roles on his series such as Boardwalk Empire, but is also an accomplished director, cinematographer, and producer with experience across multiple formats and genres. Sandy is best known for his long stint with Apple as the head of film and television in Canada, and is an established producer, consultant, journalist and filmmaker.

Together the two are dedicated to putting their film and television production and marketing skills to work to produce high quality long-form content that will find audiences not just in Canada, but around the world.
